Case Study 1 – Lanyards and Itinerary
Our client, a national Event Management company needed name badges printing for a three day conference they were organising on behalf of one of their clients. They also required a printed itinerary of the timed events and workshops taking place throughout the conference.
Included in the brief was the necessity to minimise the amount of bulky items the delegates had to carry around as they would need free hands to gather information and brochures as they went along.
Our design team put their heads together and came up with the idea of combining the name badge and the itinerary all held within a plastic pocket, attached to a lanyard. The outer facing side displayed the delegates name and they only had to turn the pocket over to view the current day’s events.
We also designed the insert as 3-way folding with perforations to enable delegates to rip off the last day’s events, now showing the forthcoming events for that day.
Having the name badge on a lanyard around the delegate’s neck left them with both hands free as they explored the trade stands.
